I met with potential client last week who was interested in a bedroom set update. Several years ago, they purchased a 5 piece bedroom set made by the Amish. They love the furniture, but feel like it needs a refresh. Immediately, I think of Annie Sloan chalk paint.
I've painted several pieces of furniture with Annie Sloan chalk paint, and I feel like it's the perfect paint for a refresh. The very first piece I painted was way back in 2013, when my neighbor, also a semi-pro chalk painter, showed me the Annie Sloan ropes. Together, we painted an old office armoire and converted it into a baby changing table.

When our caboose needed a big girl room, we pulled together a bedroom set using her brother's Land of Nod bed and her sister's Haverty's end table, bookshelf and dresser. The end table, dresser, and a bookshelf were all painted with Annie Sloan.
